We are looking for an IT Network Engineer - PBX 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot PBX systems and VoIP services.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of network infrastructure.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor network performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and support network security measures.
• Provide technical support for PBX-related issues and end-user training.
• Configure and manage user accounts and permissions on the PBX system.
• Document network configurations, PBX setups, and changes to streamline troubleshooting.
• Stay current with the latest PBX and networking technologies to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing PBX systems and VoIP networks.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with Asterisk, FreePBX, or PBXact is a strong asset.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Avaya) are preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a team environment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be available to report to the office to assist with on-site network-related issues.
