[solidcore] is seeking a dedicated IT Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play an instrumental part in supporting our teams in their day-to-day work while scaling our systems and process for our growing team and studio footprint. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and our field teams and have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and offboarding of full-time employees company laptops and systems (email, slack, zoom, etc)
  • Manage relationship with IT management vendor
  • Manage the IT help desk
  • Own and optimize employee usage of key systems: G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, etc
  • Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations
  • In-depth understanding of digital security
  • Good communication, including writing, speaking, and active listening
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization
  • Support our HQ IT infrastructure from wifi, A/V, printers, etc.
  • Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and programming languages
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Experience with cloud computing and IT service management.
  • Experience in overseeing IT projects from conception to completion
