Center is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technical operations of our organization's help desk. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient help desk support, maintain network integrity, and uphold system security protocols. The role involves implementing IT policies and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Come aboard and play a crucial part in preserving the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure.

This position will be required to work 60% from our Saint Louis Park office in Minneapolis, MN.

You Will Have the Opportunity To:

  • Hardware Configuration: Manage setup, configuration, and maintenance of all company hardware devices including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
  • Help Desk Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users during designated hours, including on-call support for EST and PST employees on an emergency basis. 
  • Network Configuration: Oversee network setup, configuration, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
  • WiFi Configuration and Maintenance: Manage WiFi networks, access points, and connectivity for all users and devices.
  • Building Access Systems: Maintain and administer access control systems for physical premises.
  • Network Access: Manage user access permissions and security protocols for network resources.
  • Systems Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of essential systems including Office 365, Zoom, Confluence, Slack, and other relevant platforms.
  • Network Security and Employee Training: Implement and enforce network security measures, conduct employee training on security best practices, and monitor for compliance with security policies.
  • Web Domain Renewals: Manage and renew web domain registrations to ensure uninterrupted online presence.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • 5+ years of experience in an IT related role with extensive knowledge in managing technical help desk operations and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software configuration, network administration, and security protocols.
  • Experience with help desk systems, ticketing platforms, and ITIL best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to execute multiple projects at any given time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and coach team members effectively.
  • Experience with implementing and maintaining vendor risk management policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with SOC compliance standards and procedures.
  • Familiarity with PCI compliance standards and procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent are a plus.
