職務内容
製造系で特にユーティリティクライアントを対象とした業務改善（DX含む)のビジネスコンサルタントを募集しております。
役職はシニアコンサルタント、マネージャー、シニアマネージャーが対象です。
クライアントの経営課題解決に向け、特にエネルギー管理・調達・輸送等の業務課題に関して、業務プロセス改善戦略策定・基本構想の確立～システム開発/定着化までを各課題に応じたコンサルティングを実施して頂きます。
顧客のビジネス課題を分析し、課題解決のために戦略構想策定から各種ソリューションの提案、実装まで見ていくグローバル規模でEnd to endのサービスを提供できるコンサルティングサービスを強みとして、クライアントに提案しプロジェクトをリードしていただきます。
・SAPシステム導入時の構想策定・業務要件定義フェーズからシステム導入、テスト・移行支援まで、改善内容の実現・定着までをサポートします
・新しいデジタル経済のパワーを活用し、企業を勝利へと導く戦略を設計

求める要件 ・経験
- コンサルティング経験者
- 業務改善、システム導入に関する構想／要件定義／Fit&Gap分析／開発／導入／展開の一連のプロセス経験

主流となるPackage・ITサービスに関する下記の知識、実績
- 製品概要、機能・仕様など。 特にSAP全般についてご存知であれば望ましい。例：MM、PP、SCなど
- 海外オフィスネイティブメンバとの協業経験
- (コンサルファームにてManagerレベル以上の方であれば、営業経験もMissionに含まれ、クライアントとの交渉経験豊富な人材）
言語力
- 日本語：ネイティブ
- 英語：ビジネス上級レベル（オフショアメンバとの調整・交渉等も発生します）

Job Description
We are looking for a business consultant for business improvement (including DX), especially for utility clients in the manufacturing sector.
Positions are available for senior consultants, managers, and senior managers.
In order to solve clients' business issues, especially regarding business issues in energy management, procurement, transportation, etc., you will provide consulting services from formulation of business process improvement strategies and establishment of basic concepts to system development/establishment according to each issue.
The consulting service is a global-scale end-to-end service that analyzes the client's business issues, develops a strategy concept to solve the issues, proposes various solutions, and implements the solutions.
We provide support from the conceptualization and business requirement definition phases of SAP system implementation to system implementation, testing, and migration support, as well as support for the realization and implementation of improvements.
Design strategies that leverage the power of the new digital economy and lead the company to victory.

Requirements / Experience
・Consulting experience
・Experience in a series of processes related to business improvement and system implementation, including conception, requirement definition, Fit & Gap analysis, development, implementation, and deployment
・Knowledge and experience in the following areas related to mainstream Package/IT services
Product overview, functions and specifications. Knowledge of SAP in general is desirable. (e.g. MM, PP, SC, etc.)
・Experience working with native members from overseas offices
・For Manager level or above at a consulting firm, sales experience is also included in the mission, and you have extensive experience negotiating with clients
Language skills
- Native Japanese
- Advanced Business English - can coordinate and negotiate with native speakers
