We are seeking a seasoned IT Leader for Emerging Markets to drive digital transformation across a complex, multi-country environment while balancing local, regional, and global priorities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across infrastructure, applications (e.g ERP, CRM) and data analytics, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a value-driven approach to digital transformation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with global priorities while addressing local market needs in a manufacturing-driven environment.
• Lead IT operations across infrastructure, applications, and data analytics, ensuring business continuity, efficiency, and innovation.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to drive digital initiatives that enhance operational excellence and competitiveness.
• Manage IT investments, vendor relationships, and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and high ROI.
• Enhance data and analytics capabilities to enable fact-based decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Foster an agile, customer-centric IT culture to accelerate digital adoption and business process optimization.

Key Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT leadership experience spanning infrastructure, applications, and data analytics, with a strong track record in manufacturing environments (must-have).
• Proven ability to navigate complex business environments, balancing local, regional, and global priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, working with senior leadership across diverse markets.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformations with a clear focus on business value creation and operational efficiency.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Experience in the life sciences industry is highly desirable.
