We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team and provide hands-on technical support exclusively to our internal employees. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and enhancing the productivity of our teams.

The main responsibilities include problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and prioritizing employee satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Provide 1st level support to users (on-site and remote) via phone, email, or in person.
  • Identify and resolve hardware, software, and application issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with the team to address complex technical issues.
  • Manage support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Document IT procedures and create troubleshooting guides.
  • Support the setup of IT equipment for new employees and maintain existing systems.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ).
  • Previous experience in IT Helpdesk or a related role (preferred).
  • Good understanding of Windows OS and general troubleshooting skills.

·        Knowledge of Microsoft 365.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage priorities and adapt to fast-paced changes.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
