IT Helpdesk Support

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Be part of global IT team and participate in global company wide projects
  • Provide tier 1-2 support for end users on local and remote sites
  • Work with service desk ticketing system
  • Track and Keep IT assets inventory up-to-date
  • Perform installation, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of windows/mac and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot network issues
  • Contribute to Documentation, KB, manuals

Components for success. You have...

  • Good knowledge of Windows 11 client OS
  • Knowledge of MacOS latest operating systems - advantage
  • Good understanding of Windows based client environments (Active Directory, GPO's, SCCM/ MDT installations, Windows update, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of Computer Hardware and Maintenance
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, Network elements and services, Wireless and VPN environments
  • Knowledge and experience in cloud solutions (Office365, Azure) – advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, out of the box thinking and ability to provide workaround quickly
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain/improve SLA
  • Aability to learn and adopt new technologies
  • Self-motivation, can-do attitude
  • Customer orientatation
  • Ability and willingness to grow in the IT field, adopt knowledge and use it
  • Ability to take responsibilities

IT UNIT

The Helpdesk Specialist at Playtech is an integral member of three key teams within the organization: the Global Helpdesk Team, a regional team led by one of four Team Leads, and the local team situated in the office where the specialist is based. In certain offices, the specialist may serve as the sole representative of the Global Helpdesk Team or even the sole representative of the Global Corporate Team, potentially entailing additional duties.
