We are seeking a full-time IT Helpdesk / Support Specialist to work out of our San Antonio, TX office.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Support end users that are running modern operating systems and software packages
- Responsible for the organization and inventory of IT-related equipment
- Assist with compliance audits and tracking
- Assist with a variety of IT projects, as needed
- Identify areas of improvement and create new mechanisms to promote efficiency, organization, and accuracy
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in the IT field, including communications technology, A/V, hardware, and software
- Working knowledge of networking concepts and various software packages
- Technical knowledge to troubleshoot the individual components of a computer
- Demonstrates a persistent problem-solving and efficient approach to technology
- Maintains a reliable system for prioritizing tasks and ensuring its completion
- Strong customer service background; can interface with internal end users, as well as clients
- Must be able to pass our background check and drug screening
Nice-to-Have ‘Bonus’ Qualifications
- Smartsheet experience
- PHP or Laravel experience
