Doctolib is looking for an IT Engineer to evolve its information system in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, implementing the best-in-class solutions and tools to the business teams within the company in order to provide an incredible service to all Doctolibers!
The challenge is to help our teams to grow the healthcare professionals who use Doctolib every day, as well as the millions of Europeans who visit our sites every month, and to offer them an outstanding user experience.
Reporting to the IT Squad Leader, you will work in the IT Squad and transversally with all Doctolib business teams, as well as in close collaboration with IT Operation and Security teams. You lead by example with a 'hands-on' attitude and information sharing with your peers.
About the job
As an IT Engineer you work with Doctolibers and internal teams to find and integrate new IT solutions. You will manage external providers / suppliers to ensure we are here to provide the best IT experience to our colleagues and internal teams.

You will work on projects that follow a quarterly roadmap, with clear rules to prioritize them based on the business values and capacity of the team.
After a project, the IT Squad is still responsible to manage these solutions. You will become responsible for a subset of applications (IT Squad scope) to imagine an efficient and automated way to operate them.
We are present already in four countries (DE, FR, IT and NL), so you work with several teams with different cultures, backgrounds, ways of working and laws. Be ready to manage complex situations and take responsibility.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will develop integrations between applications through various mediums (APIs, scripts, iPaaS, ETL etc…)
- You will qualify new SaaS solutions that will be added / changed in the IT application landscape. You assess the needs and find the best solution based on several criterias like business performance, cost, security and design consistency.
- You will work in collaboration with the internal customer to build the functional / technical requirements of the solution you’ll have to develop, deploy and maintain, you will be requested to write technical and functional documentation for the support department.
- You will work on automations for onboarding / offboarding of users, managing licenses and data. Those activities are key for a scale-up company and you will be responsible for that.
- You will also be the Level 3 escalation point for support requests or IT crisis management and weekly based on-call shifts
- Mentoring the junior engineers and support teams will also be part of your daily life.
Your Profile :
- You must have a cloud administrator certification (Azure, AWS etc…)
- You have experience on the Azure cloud (PaaS, IaaS, FaaS)
- You have scripting experience on python, powershell/bash, javascript, usual dev practices/tools like github, ci/cd, testing, API development (REST / SOAP).
- You have experience on IPaaS (Boomi, SAP Integration suite, Zuora etc….)
- You appreciate being the point of contact for internal customer relations (technical contact, user contact, etc.) and have a real sense of service with these dual technical-functional skills.
- You are familiar with Agile / SCRUM framework and rituals, you are at ease with Atlassian boards and estimation rituals.
- You are curious, autonomous, flexible, rigorous, enthusiastic, passionate, you have a taste for teamspirit and fun.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, in a scale-up company and a squad oriented environment with constant change.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English

- Hybrid: You work 2 days a week remotely and come on-site the rest of the week.
