IT Endpoint Administrator (Windows)

About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Endpoint Administrator to join our IT support team in the Stockholm office. The team needs someone with experience in Windows OS, Windows endpoint configuration, understanding imaging without an MDM and hardening devices. You will also assist the team with other IT generalist support tasks.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience providing end user support to in-office employees as well as remote workers around the world.
  • Highly skilled in Windows OS, endpoint configuration, and user support.
  • Google Workspace Admin knowledge.
  • Experience with SSO (e.g., Okta).
  • Conference and Audio Visual support.
  • Integrity and security-minded. 
  • Organized in nature, with great documentation and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and configure endpoints and peripheral devices (e.g., printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure. 
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain installed PCs, networks and peripherals with routine maintenance in our Stockholm office, and remote support of our Santa Clara and Bellevue offices.
  • Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.
  • Onboard and provide training to new Yubico employees.
  • Troubleshoot issues both locally and remotely, then document effectively for future usage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Skilled in macOS and/or Linux operating systems
  • Any scripting language
  • Inventory and Asset Management experience
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, and/or Confluence
