IT Compliance Business Analyst 2

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable IT Compliance Business Analyst at Level 2 to support our Asset Management team in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills, IT knowledge, and understanding of compliance frameworks to enhance our compliance processes and reporting mechanisms.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

Shift: 2-10PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls
• Analyze and interpret compliance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Support the development and enhancement of compliance metrics and dashboards

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on compliance requirements and best practices
• Stay current with regulatory changes and emerging compliance requirements relevant to the IT industry
• Identify and assess risks related to IT compliance
• Assist with the development of risk mitigation strategies and Plans

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in IT compliance, business analysis, or a related field
• Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments

Measure of success

• Successfully facilitate at least 1 compliance training session or workshop with positive feedback from participants and a demonstrated increase in knowledge within Year 1
• Generate bi-annual compliance reports that maintain a 90% accuracy rate and receive positive feedback from stakeholders during management reviews
• Complete a comprehensive review of existing IT compliance policies and procedures. Identify at least 5 areas of improvement or gaps in compliance
• Initiate at least 3 process improvement initiatives based on analysis of compliance workflows. Document baseline metrics and show an improvement of at least 20% in efficiency or compliance adherence
