IT Business Partner for Finance

The IT Business Partner for Finance will be instrumental in aligning IT services with the finance goals of the organization. This role involves understanding financial processes, evaluating technology needs, and implementing innovative IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with finance leadership to ensure seamless integration between IT and financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with finance leadership to understand their technology needs and develop IT strategies that support financial objectives.
• Requirements Analysis: Gather business requirements from finance stakeholders to design and implement effective technology solutions tailored to their needs.
• Systems Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and tools, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to provide insights, enhance reporting capabilities, and assist in strategic financial planning.
• Collaboration: Build strong partnerships between finance and IT teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as an IT Business Partner in a finance function or similar IT role, with strong knowledge of financial processes and systems.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools; ability to analyze and enhance technology solutions.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
