We are seeking a talented IT BA/PM to manage AI/LAB projects from start to finish, facilitating daily scrums, defining project requirements, and coordinating cross-functional teams. This role involves capturing business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring project alignment with business goals.

Role and responsibilities
- Lead daily scrums and Agile ceremonies.
- Define project scope and document business requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and organize the project book.
- Coordinate with various departments and prioritize tasks.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
- Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and risk management.
- 5+ years of IT Business Analysis and Project Management experience, especially in Agile settings.
- Familiarity with AI projects is a plus.
- Strong Agile methodology knowledge (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Desired Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
The salary range for this role is US$100,000 - US$135,000
