We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Business Analyst to support the implementation (procurement through deployment) of Loopio’s IT systems and software. You will be joining the team of talented Information Technology Professionals on a mission to support and enable every team at Loopio through the use of technology best practices, automation and modern day technology products.

What You'll Be Doing
- Contribute to maintaining Loopio’s IT software catalog and integrations list
- Assist in IT software procurement and evaluation process
- Triage and project manage IT software implementations, software integrations or new feature additions
- Cross-functional work to implement or replace IT software or systems
- Contribute to building IT playbooks and internal documentation
- May assist with IT team with additional projects
- Provide IT software insights, recommendations and reports on software usage and spend
What You'll Bring to the Team
- 3+ years experience in IT-related role
- 1+ year(s) experience with IT project management or equivalent
- Experience with SaaS Software (e.g. Slack, Zoom, Okta)
- Experience with an IT Ticketing System (e.g. Jira, Zendesk)
- Experience with administering CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with IT Procurement
- Work experience in a SaaS Software Company
Where You'll Work
- Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We have two Hub Regions, which means that employees live and work within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario) or Vancouver (within British Columbia) and work within regular business hours in their timezone.
- Loopio’s office headquarters are located in Toronto’s vibrant Kensington Market. All Loopers have the option to work from home. Ontario Loopers have the option to work in the Toronto HQ and BC Loopers may work from our co-working office in Gastown Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
- You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually (we’re just a Zoom call away!) and have established core sync hours and focus time during the workday to enable us to work smarter together
