We are now looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science .
- 2-3 years of experience in IT post-graduation.
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis tools, modeling tools, and project methodologies.
- 2-3 years of experience in the Banking Industry. It will be consider as an asset the proven experience in Loan Management BA (retail consumer loans, mortgages), Workflows (e.g Appian), Regulatory applications, etc.
- Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is considered a plus.
- Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) will be considered a plus.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability.
- Completion of military obligations if applicable.
