We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Hardware Asset Management analyst. This role is essential for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT hardware assets and optimizing our asset management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and continuously improve global ITAM processes to improve customer experience, enhance productivity, increase data accuracy, minimize liability, and achieve savings.
- Interface with customers, global professional groups, and corporate teams to maintain and improve collaborative processes.
- Analyze asset data to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for optimization.
- Issue ITAM reports & metrics regularly, for stakeholder reviews and decision-making.
- Create and maintain ITAM standard operating procedures.
- Oversee compliance with asset management processes and related policies.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in asset management systems and CMDB.
- In-depth knowledge of IT asset lifecycle processes, and familiarity with best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with Power BI – advantage.
- ITSM familiarity.

- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role within a global enterprise IT environment.
- Experience working opposite global teams.
