ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support for P1 to P4 issues and perform updates/maintenance activities
- Perform quarterly audits of the system including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery tests
- Consult with the application vendor and share best practices.
- Incident, change and problem management with cross-functional collaboration
- Develop documentation related to the application and its components
- Provide application related reports, statistics, KPIs
- Introduce existing/new solutions to the sites
- Computer Science or other related degree.
- GxP, Data integrity and ITIL certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of IT application support experience on the Laboratory Systems, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Experience in executing IQ, OQ and PQ protocols
- An analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
- Proactive and independent approach by taking ownership of the tasks
- Availability to travel in Europe (up to 20%)
Will be considered a plus:
- Good working knowledge of ITIL services and Service Now.
- Migrate laboratory applications from one domain to another.
- Multilingual abilities to work across our European Laboratories.
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a complex international environment.
- Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical skills.
