As an IT Analyst (Microsoft 365 Cloud admin) at FlexTal Staffing LLC, you will be responsible for managing and administering our Microsoft 365 cloud environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and implementing Microsoft 365 security and compliance measures to safeguard our organization's data.
· Administration: Perform day-to-day administration tasks for our Microsoft 365 cloud environment, including user management, license allocations, and group management.
· Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users regarding Microsoft 365 applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
· Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures, data loss prevention policies, and compliance requirements within our Microsoft 365 environment.
· Training and Documentation: Prepare training materials and documentation to educate end-users on Microsoft 365 applications and best practices.
· Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Requirements
Experience and Technical Skills:
· Proven experience in managing and administering Microsoft 365 cloud environment.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
· Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features, including Azure Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and eDiscovery.
Qualifications and Personal Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
· Microsoft 365 certifications (such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) preferred.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
