- Installation of device drivers & hardware components
- Concept of Network Technology
- Patch Management
- Assets Management.
- AD Server and Firewall Basic knowledge.
- AD server Group Policy, DNS and DHCP knowledge.
- Hyper-V Server understanding(Hyper-V VM creation, Live VM migration).
- OS and hardware related troubleshooting through Event log or other tools.
- Documentation: Creating detailed documentation of the current IT infrastructure setup, including network diagrams, system configurations.
