We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, and providing technical support to staff. This role requires an understanding of network management, SaaS administration, and cybersecurity. The IT Administrator will work closely with other departments to ensure that all IT needs are met and that the company's technology resources are used efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to IT management. Responsibilities

As an IT Administrator, you will:

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect IT systems.
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and procedures.
  • Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of IT equipment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards like ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
  • Provide regular reports on IT performance and issues.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role as an IT Administrator, you should have:

  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role for at least 1 year.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of network management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to IT management and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

Bonus points

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, 
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools
  • Experience with cybersecurity and data protection measures.
