How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:

Provides support to end-users both remotely and deskside by resolving complex hardware/desktop software/ networking issues; sets up and administers user accounts; sets ups and administers printers; deploys images to pc’s/laptops; administers and supports mobile devices and continuously strives to improve the end-user experience.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex hardware/software/network issues in a timely fashion escalating to vendors when required and logs in all information into service management system.
  • Defines, optimizes and executes image deployment processes for pc equipment and maintains an inventory of all equipment including installation, repairs and deployment.
  • Provides a positive customer support experience by building strong relationships, quick follow-up, timely resolution, regular communication with a professional attitude.
  • Administers printers including setup, network connectivity and troubleshooting issues.
  • Creates and administers user accounts for windows and various applications and optimizes process periodically.
  • Assists users with mobile device setup, replacement/upgrade and administration.
  • Develops standards for PC’s/printers and related equipment and updates standards periodically based on technological advances.
  • Mentors and trains Level 1 technicians in troubleshooting with a goal to increase first call resolution.

 

What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Associate’s degree, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of computer experience in a Service Desk environment.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Windows Operating System.

 

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Service Management Software.
  • A+ certification for PC computer service.
  • Network + certification for configuring, managing, and troubleshooting networks.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows 7/ Windows 10.

 

These would be nice too (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):

  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal, written and communications skills.
  • Microsoft: Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office including Windows 7 and 10.
  • Diagnostic & Management Utilities: Diagnostic and management utilities, including but not limited to: Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager, and PC Imaging.
  • Time Management: Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced team environment; versatility flexibility with competing and changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory/ Microsoft Office/ Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of printer management.

Salary: $64,679- $86,238 annually

 

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate’s qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $64,679 annually (entry-level qualifications) to $86,238 annually (experienced in this role).

 

* Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.

 

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
