Irrigation Construction Foreman

You’ve entered a professional environment rooted in respect, collaboration and achievement. Our focus is improving life, naturally! We’re looking for an Irrigation Foreman to join our team.

You’d be responsible for:

• Detecting and making necessary repairs to the irrigation system
• Accurately reading various gauges related to the irrigation system
• Managing employees and oversee production in the field
• Ensuring a safe environment for other workers and vendors, clients and for all employees
• Operating light/heavy equipment effectively and according to all regulations
• Ensure that equipment is maintained and managed; alert supervisors if there are any issues
• Reporting any problems with job site or equipment immediately
• Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company culture 

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation

 And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

• Strong work ethic
• Knowledge of blueprints
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) 
• Irrigation certification
