The marketing team at Insider works on connecting the right experiences with the right set of fans, building and connecting with a community that’s always on the lookout for new things to do. You'll be stepping into a cross-functional fast paced environment where things move from 0 to 120 kmph in under 10 seconds. (Okay, maybe 12)
Responsibilities
- Ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand creative solutions that help the vertical grow through effective marketing initiatives.
- Spearheading ideation to dream up original, impactful, high-performing campaigns and ideas that span video, social, experiential, and more.
- You will lead the internal ip marketing team and will work closely with central marketing, design, account management, and other teams on case to case basis.
- Creating innovative pitches for interactive ideas, on ground brand integrations that elevate the consumer experience and increase brand recall
- Participating in brainstorms big and small, from high-budget projects to daily thought starter ideation sessions
- Utilising data to conceive of content themes, formats, and more to develop performance-driven program ideas that feel organic for brands and IPs
- Advising the business teams based on changing industry trends
- Coordinating goals with department heads responsible for enacting a marketing strategy
- Coordinate with the social media and other teams to ensure consistent event/brand messaging across all channels
- Identify opportunities in the online and offline space to diversify and achieve more efficiency in marketing efforts
- Monitor, analysis and improve performance of outbound communication in coordination with the central marketing team
- Defining KPI’s & monitoring the progress of marketing media throughout development
In this role, expect to:
- Be the gatekeeper for brand Insider, driving creative and editorial thought to meet marketing and business goals.
- Drive brand marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Build relevance in communities that Insider aligns with through events.
- Ensure consistency in communication and design across functions at Insider by developing necessary tools, guidelines and providing training.
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years experience as a brand strategist or similar role with prior experience in running a team
- Experience and passion for creating exciting programs brands across various categories and target audiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Next-level organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading client meetings, brainstorms and ideation sessions
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Keen ability to meet hard deadlines and keep track of multiple projects
