At Paytm Insider, we’re looking for an amazing addition to our Live Entertainment vertical who can be part of the client management team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Management and Servicing & Project Management within live entertainment
- Should have excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- You will need to synthesize information and communicate complicated processes with various teams and be highly organized
- You will need to be good with number crunching, MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and resourcefulness
- You should be able to independently manage multiple projects and a team simultaneously and prioritise responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Run all operations for the project/event, end to end.
- Leading system configuration and testing and tracking project timelines.
- Manage and support all client communications.
- Analyze and understand the client mandates in terms of their business objectives and work towards fulfilling them.
- Coordinate with the internal (design/tech/product/content and many more!) teams for smooth functioning of the project.
- Collate and send reports internally and to clients.
- Project kick-off and internal team meetings for planning and execution of project
