We are Bïrch. Our product helps marketing teams launch, manage, and analyze ads and social campaigns through automation and creative solutions. Recently, we rebranded from Revealbot to Bïrch, and we wrote about this transformation journey here.

We are preparing to launch Studio, our new product that helps social media marketing teams to Create, Communicate and Collaborate through features like creative editor, comments, tasks, versions, social wall, media calendar, Kanban and many more. Together with launching the web app, we want to build a mobile app which will help with posting, collaboration and planning. We look for a freelance iOS engineer who can build the MVP of the app

✍🏼 What will you do?

You’ll build the Studio mobile app from scratch. The goal is to finish the MVP, focusing on a single feature — posting to social media.

• Develop the mobile app from scratch, designing its architecture, choosing the tech stack, and implementing everything end-to-end.
• Work with existing Figma designs for Studio — we’ll provide mockups, and you’ll handle assigned tasks based on those designs.
• Develop a mobile UI kit from scratch together with a designer to make the app look modern, stylish and consistent

Requirements

In your past role you:

• Built apps from scratch, planning architecture carefully and choosing the right tools, libraries, and custom solutions.
• Handled multimedia confidently, managing on-the-fly audio/video edits, large file uploads, REST API integrations, and real-time media overlays.
• Used Swift extensively, applying solid Swift/SwiftUI skills, integrating with REST APIs, and handling server-sent events (SSE) for real-time features.
• Collaborated with designers, leaving feedback in Figma, focusing on details, ensuring mockups were implemented accurately, and working with design systems — understanding how they’re set up in Figma and how to implement them on the development side.
