We are looking for a skilled Cloud Network Engineer with extensive experience in Azure networking and network security to join our dynamic team and help us build and maintain our product and cloud infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Gaining a good understanding of the M&A deals criteria to analyse and determine whether specific transactions meet the database inclusion criteria
  • Financial transactions that the research analyst will cover include global mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity/Sponsor deals etc.
  • The research analyst will work on advisory claims to identify the missing deals in the database and credit the advisors and their deal teams correctly as per their role resulting in successful publication of the advisory rankings.
  • The research analyst will be responsible for mining, synthesizing and analysing financial information, and publishing deal reports on various financial transactions, using publicly available information through various websites, annual reports, and databases.
  • Maintaining and expanding the historical M&A database to ensure completeness and provides a consistent high standard of data and analysis
  • Working on zero defect and quality checks to ensure database quality is maintained.
  • Cooperation with the seniors and manager while working on projects. Adhering to daily MIS systems to keep management updated with the current status of the project.

  • In-depth understanding of M&A research
  • Detail-oriented and diligent
  • Ability to interpret data and aid in arriving at the key findings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Decision making and judgment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/Postgraduate with specialization in Finance
