We are recruiting for an Invoice Administrator to join our team to take on responsibilities for ensuring all Clinical Invoices are received and processed in a timely fashion and meet the approved deadlines.

Requirements

  • To ensure all Clinical rates of pay are updated accordingly and that all relevant records are fully completed
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Power Point
  • Familiar with Power BI, ED and other Clinical and rota systems
  • Produce reports to enable GP Invoice to be paid by finance
  • To act as an ambassador for HealthHero behaving in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

 

Additional Responsibilities where needed:

  • To ensure the Clinician rota is up to date, accurate and available to enable service optimisation.
  • Provide related data and reporting upon request.
  • To ensure full and clear communication of rota performance data.
  • To update GP rota policy and process when required.
  • Respond positively to any new initiatives that are brought into practice making sure they smoothly become part of the customer experience service delivery.
  • Ensure that all written communication is clear and professional in all forms.
  • To support with all business-related activity when required.

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills are required.
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in promoting a positive working environment; daily effective problem solving; welcoming of feedback to improve and demonstrating positive language to support new and existing staff with day to day work life.
  • Planning and organising to prioritise your tasks and deliver them in a structured and effective manner.
  • Proven track record of remaining calm under pressure.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with GP’s and other colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal commination skills
