To help us achieve our ambitious mission, we are now searching for an Investor Relations Senior Associate to join our CEO Office team and sit in our Boston office.

Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, the Investor Relations Senior Associate will support all of our communication and engagement with our shareholders and other investors.  You will add value and directly contribute to the strategic direction and growth of our Investor Relations by:

    • Leading analysis on competitive industry information and competitor strategy, including competitor conference calls, related analyst reports and SEC filings 
    • Assess analyst models and reporting for errors, and review analyst consensus (Bloomberg/FactSet) to ensure accurate reflection of analysts' research/models 
    • Maintain investor and meeting databases and related reporting 
    • Support the quarterly earnings process (development of messaging, press releases, scripts, and Q&A prep) 
    • Read equity research reports, event transcripts, and follow industry developments to inform senior leaders of relevant market and industry news 
    • Prepare IR materials, including reports, presentations, news releases, and companies’ materials for investors meetings and events, as well as for quarterly earnings release.  
    • Support the development of an annual schedule of conferences and non-deal road shows (NDR’s) 
    • Collaborate with internal & external teams, such as finance, legal, corporate development, marketing, and public relations to ensure consistent and coherent messaging. 
    • Work with the Investor Relations team to identify areas that are misunderstood by analysts and recommends improvements or changes in company disclosures, accordingly 

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field 
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in investor relations 
  • Ability to understand complex financial concepts and translate them into clear and concise messages for different audiences 
  • Experience with investor relations software and tools, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Nasdaq IR Insight, etc 
  • Knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, valuation methods, and financial reporting standards 
  • Mastery of the Microsoft 360 Suite 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
