We are seeking an Inventory Management Support specialist for a long term contract role onsite in Englewood, CO.  In this role, you will be responsible for: 

 

 

  • Working with approved vendors to enter and track purchase requisitions in Oracle; for software, hardware and computer supplies 
  • Receive delivered hardware equipment and software; confirm that delivered goods match purchase order specifications; accurately input equipment into ServiceNow or software tracker, and stock items in the storage area. 
  • Assist with preparing and recycling old hardware equipment.
  • Conduct weekly inventory counts and monitor inventory levels of standard in-stock items.
  • Fulfill internal customer request (order) tickets in ServiceNow while providing great customer service.
  • Lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Hands on experience with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Experience using accounting applications/systems such as Oracle.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, G Suite or similar tools.

This long term contract will be onsite (in building) and will be located near I-25 and Lincoln
