The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient inventory management across Blueprint’s operations. This role will focus on tracking inventory movements, conducting audits, and resolving discrepancies to support operational goals. The Inventory Coordinator will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth inventory operations.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.  
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical and system records.  
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate inventory replenishment.  
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, such as missing or damaged stock.  
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.  
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.  
  • Support new product launches by ensuring accurate setup of inventory records.  
  • Prepare and distribute inventory reports to internal stakeholders.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).  
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.  
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.  


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the CPG or eCommerce industry.  
  • Knowledge of inventory control best practices, including cycle counting and reconciliation.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.  
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes.  
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 to $90,000
