Inventory coordinator (all genders)

For one of our teams based in Vienna we are currently looking to hire a Lab Coordinator with a focus on inventory management. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Focus of work is checking & setting up inventory list
• Engaged with Data Bank Management
• Keep the count of equipment in the lab & document it
• Coordinate with reporting manager of different labs as required

For this interesting opportunity we are looking for somebody with

• High School Diploma is minimum requirement
• General understanding of lab workflow.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, LAM etc.) required.
• Fluency German and English, written and spoken is needed.
• Strong communication skills with proactive and solution oriented
• Good with handling high volume data
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

The collective agreement minimum salary (employment group (Vewendungsgruppe) III) for this position is at least EUR 2369,18(2024). Due to the responsibilities and the challenging tasks and with appropriate qualifications, there will be an appropriate overpayment.
