About The Role: 
We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working Inventory Clerk to join our team at our Groveport location. They will have prior experience in the warehouse environment and excellent math skills for balancing records.The inventory clerk will report to the operations team and will assist in recording inventory so that items are accurately stocked and stored where they belong.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cycle Counts (L’ange / OFIR)
  • Conduct cycle counts in line with established processes 
  • Responsible for daily cycle counts & maintaining assigned record keeping of inventory
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory for both Ecommerce and Retail warehouses
  • Updating inventory counts and maintaining inventory records to share with management
  • Assist with root cause analysis w/ large variance sku’s
  • Escalates to appropriate people for large variances, etc.
  • Execute cycle count adjustments in NetSuite’s
    • Coordinating and Receiving Inbound Shipments (L'ange & OFIR)
  • Fill out inbound inspection/quality sheet
  • Inspect batches and confirm expiration date for liquids
  • Log batches/expiration dates upon receipt
    • Retail Fulfillment
  • Partner with the Ops to fulfill orders
  • Ensure barcode / sticker / label accuracy for customer satisfaction
  • Complete order fulfillment processed based on customer needs
  • Provide any shipment needed to the Logistics Coordinator for pick up
  • Support Inventory Requests/Samples Process
    • Coordinate MRB Process
  • Gather non-conforming product from each line at end of day
  • Record sku’s/batch id/qty & Line# into MRB log
  • Identify any trends with certain SKU’s by batches
  • Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
    • Support Batch Management
  • Ensure FIFO (monitoring racks daily for liquids)
  • Maintain pallet farm (stack patterns), ensure correct batches/exp dates are being pulled
  • Log batches/exp dates upon receipt
  • Support Returns Process
  • Support First Article Inspection process

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience within an inventory focused role   
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets
  • Mathematical and analytical skills
  • Microsoft outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skillsExceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Adaptability
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Experience in order processing
