About the Team: The Studio Inventory Associate position at SSENSE is an hourly opportunity to join the action at our Montreal Studio. Working alongside the Operations teams and reporting to the Associate Manager of Studio Inventory, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our inventory operations running smoothly. Your main focus will be on ensuring accurate and efficient processing of inventory movements and maintaining optimal stock levels at our studio locations. We're seeking someone with a keen eye for detail and a knack for efficiency to help us achieve our daily performance goals. From managing product arrivals to overseeing restocking efforts, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless inventory operations and addressing any challenges that arise along the way.

- Help out with receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and returning products to and from the Distribution Center
- Sort and organize all incoming studio inventory to make sure everything runs smoothly for both inbound and outbound tasks
- Get hands-on with a computer and other tools to scan and input data for merchandise in the Studio Workflow System
- Keep an eye on daily stock issues like damages, inventory discrepancies, labeling mishaps, and more, and sort them out pronto
- Spot opportunities to make our daily operations and productivity even better, especially when it comes to processes and stock flow
How To Excel In This Role:
- Have at least one year of experience in operations or logistics, whether in retail or a related field.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile applications (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed, as hours and days of work may vary depending on business demands.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull loads of up to 30 lbs.
