Inventory Administrator (12-month Contract)

What you'll do 

  • Provide inventory specialist product and project support, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency, via phone, email, support ticket system or company projects.
  • Accurately build and develop new and existing products across multiple platforms and CMS systems including both dealer and OEM content and requests, ensuring compliance.
  • Support website re-platforming activity to drive customer retention and encourage repeat and additional business.
  • Provide internal and dealer training as required, relating to existing and new inventory-specific products.
  • Quality Assurance checks and audits of inventory configurations and implementations prior to product delivery.
  • Implement SEO best practices and monitor website analytics to optimise performance and user experience

What we're looking for 

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously). 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office suite including CSV, and TSV file types.
  • Understand XML, and JSON file format inventory data for purposes of troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Have a keen understanding of inventory data flow and change impacts at key touchpoints including inventory data purification suppliers.
  • Have the ability to understand technical issues and translate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of FTP, SFTP, AmazonS3 remote directory access data and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and how to better our web solutions for SEO.
  • Good computer literacy and data entry skills, plus an intermediate understanding of HTML5 & CSS3 and Adobe Photoshop.
  • An understanding of domain management, DNS and Zone updates.
