Fresh Prints is a custom apparel start-up based in New York City. We find incredible undergraduate students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build businesses at their schools. We call them Campus Managers, and we have 600+ of them across 200+ schools nationwide.
As an Interviewing Team Specialist, you will manage a team of 15+ part-time Campus Interviewers. These interviewers conduct video calls with Campus Manager candidates and decide whether to extend an offer to them. All of our Campus Interviewers are existing Fresh Prints Campus Managers (undergrad students at American schools).
We’re looking for someone willing to take ownership, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is proactive. The ideal candidate should have excellent people-management skills and a high standard of quality.
One of our most consequential and high-value growth avenues is hiring more student entrepreneurs who sell apparel. The interview experience that your team provides these students with is crucial for the company’s success.
You’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone with recruiting/interviewing experience and some management management. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, further develop professionally, and have a big impact. You will report directly to the Associate Director of Campus Manager Operations.
