We are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Interpreting Team.
- As part of an agile project team, you live the service concept and are responsible for all solution-oriented customer support
- As Project Manager, you will coordinate the entire process from planning, monitoring and managing project resources through to on-time delivery
- You are the interface between all stakeholders involved
- Close cooperation with the sales department for customer acquisition
- With your efficient and quality-oriented work, you will play a key role in the successful expansion of our customer potential
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed training as a foreign language correspondent or have a degree in translation studies, communication or project management
- You have a very strong customer focus
- For day-to-day communication, you have German language skills at native speaker or C2 level, very good written and spoken English (C1) and Spanish (B2-C1) skills.
- Proactivity, resilience and independence are among your special skills
- A goal- and process-oriented way of working as well as multitasking and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
- Prior experience in interpretation services is an advantage
