Then we have great news: you can join our Talent Management and Organizational Development team for a six-month internship with a preferred starting date in January 2025. The activity takes place both, onsite and remote.
Your tasks will include the following activities:
- Support diagnostics and selection initiatives at business sector Tires level
- Support development and implementation of diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) strategy
- Support leadership development initiatives
- Organization and implementation of various virtual and onsite meetings and events
- General support of the TMOD Sector team (MS PowerPoint presentations preparation, meetings’ organization, moderation and documentation)
- Support the process of recruiting and onboarding of the new intern
- Students with field of Economic or Social Sciences like Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or comparable fields of study
- Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
- Passionate about Talent Management and Organizational Development
- Willing to learn as well as bring new perspectives and drive new ideas
- Enthusiastic about fostering professional connections and building strong networks
- Organized, independent, and proactive in your way of working
- Efficient in problem-solving, decision-making and (managing multiple topics in parallel)
