Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing process improvement projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
- Collect and analyze data related to quality processes
- Documentation current and new processes, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded
- Additionally, you will play a supportive role in facilitating workshops as well as training the staff on new processes and procedures
- You will also be supporting in the preparation and the delivery of reports on process improvement activities and results
Your Profile:
- Pursuing a degree in economics, technology, or a related field
- Curiosity for new applications and are an IT enthusiast
- Organizational talent, have strong analytical skills and good communication abilities
- Ability to work in an independent and structured manner, have a high willingness to learn, and are open-minded
- Fluent in German and English
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is EUR 2.645,68 gross per month (x 14).
