Job Description
👩💻 As a Project Manager intern, you will join a team of 20 members with diverse international backgrounds, all responsible for implementing the Shippeo solution across various customer organizations and industries.
Under the guidance of your mentor, you will support the implementation process and, based on your performance, may take on full project management responsibilities. Your role will be central to the organization, working closely with both internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation of Shippeo solutions for customers
Organize, coordinate, and follow up on actions agreed upon with clients
Identify customer needs related to the platform, communicating and reporting regularly to Shippeo’s internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
Prepare and lead weekly meetings and steering committees with customers, providing updates on project progress (on-site or off-site)
Contribute to internal cross-team projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening our product and organization

Are fluent in English and French (a third European language is a plus)
Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business
Possess strong analytical skills and can efficiently manage customer requests
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are highly organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks
Are autonomous and eager to take on responsibilities in a fast-paced startup aiming to revolutionize an entire sector
