Member of the Operations team, the Carrier Onboarding Manager is responsible of onboarding carriers on Shippeo and owns the relationship with his portfolio of onboarded carriers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboard carriers to the platform - present the solution, convince decision-makers to implement and lead the integration
- Define individualized technical solutions with carriers, lead technical specifications and monitor the delivery of integrations as planned and designed
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key carriers accounts by meeting management teams and developing a deep understanding of their operations and technical structures
- Maintain a regular contact with your carriers accounts to ensure compliance with customers projects and build use-cases that shade light on the benefits Shippeo brought to your carriers organizations
- Work closely with the rest of the Operations team to execute all carrier onboarding-related activities
- Maintain CRM and reporting tools up-to-date
- You are in your Bachelor or Master from a Engineering o/ Business School
- First experience working in Project Management or Operations is a strong advantage
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, proactively step up and propose improvements
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Full professional proficiency in English and French
- German, Spanish, Italian or any other European languages are a strong advantage
- You are motivated to work in a growing start-up environment
