We are looking for a motivated Product Management Intern at Syntegon K.K. in Japan. You’ll help shape product strategies, support product launches, and gain insights into the pharma manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing reports and gathering information to bridge the communication between Engineering and Sales.
- Support the creation of product presentations, marketing content, and other promotional materials.
- Conduct market and competitive research on various topics to support decision-making.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to align on product strategies and ensure smooth execution.
- Take on additional ad-hoc projects as needed to support.

Your Profile:
- Bachelor Business Administration or higher
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations & improve Excel sheets
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical skills to conduct market studies and interpret data
- Previous experiences in product management as a plus
- Language proficiency:
- Proficiency in English Speaking, Reading, and Writing
- Japanese language skills are not mandatory but considered as a big plus
- Must be enrolled at a university or postgraduate school for the whole internship period, one year (From April 2025 to Mar 2026)
