- Microsection Support: Assist in preparing and conducting microsection tests to analyze the structural integrity of electronic components;
- Mechanical Activities & Physical Testing: Participate in small-scale mechanical testing and assist with the execution of various physical tests on components;
- Visual Inspection & Optical Measurements: Perform visual inspections and carry out precise optical measurements to evaluate the quality and condition of test samples;
- Digital Image Correlation (DIC) Support: Provide support in setting up and running digital image correlation tests to capture strain and deformation patterns during mechanical testing;
- Material Analysis: Prepare and conduct tests for material analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection on the mechanical properties of the materials;
- Data Post-Processing: Extract relevant mechanical properties from test results and contribute to the analysis of testing data;
- Materials & Sample Management: Search, order, and manage test samples and materials, ensuring availability and readiness for testing. Maintain accurate records of materials and test results;
- Logistics Management: Handle logistics activities, including packaging, handling, delivery, and tracking of packages and samples;
- Consumables & Inventory Tracking: Monitor and track laboratory consumables and manage orders to ensure uninterrupted workflow;
- Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for the basic maintenance and upkeep of lab equipment, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition.
- Technical school/education (i.e. Mechanics, Mechatronics);
- Practical experience in repair or mechanical work;
- Practical experience using test tools: instrumentation for measurement and control;
- Basic knowledge reading technical drawings and standards;
- Basic optical knowledge;
- Basic electronic knowledge;
- Good communication and team player skills;
- Medium English language level;
- Good attention to details;
- Organized work.
