Internship Organization Development AMIS

In order to improve succession planning, talent development and nomination preparation we are looking for an intern that will drive following:

1. Complete current grading by associates and function with support of DIEU HR,
2. Set up / modify existing criteria that defines grading by function and align with AMIS Senior Management,
3. Create gap analysis between 1 and 2,
4. Review AMIS talent management and suggest optimizations,
5. Support implementation AMIS talent management.

HBO / University level

Period: 3 - 5 months

Bit more on practical side than on the theoretical side, however open to consider a more theoretical approach in case that would be beneficial for the student.
