You will support all the expedition process of our products, from the manufacturer to the final customers ensuring our service is the best-in-class in the market.
You will support day-to-day tasks and routines to make sure operations run smoothly.
You will work across functions with other teams and define process improvements to ensure that operations run smoothly.
You will be part of the European Retail Operations team.
You will be the contact person for several internal and external stakeholders.
You will monitor and improve our retail operations & service performance for respective accounts.
You will identify operational weaknesses and develop optimization proposals along with other Global teams.
Who we're looking for:
You have good communication skills in English.
You have ideally already acquired some experience in the field(s) of consulting, management, start-ups etc. (we also accept applications from ambitious young graduates).
You like to think and act rationally and effectively.
You are structure and organized.
You get things done.
You have a very good command of Excel.
You are motivated and eager to learn.
You are fluent and/or native in English & French (A must)
