Devoteam is seeking technology interns to join our teams in the Microsoft departments:

• Azure platform: DevOps Engineers, Azure Cloud Engineers,
  Technology: CAF / GitHub / Terraform / Kubernetes / Sentinel / Defender /Entra
  Project: M-Cloud Group Tenant migration

• • Project name: Azure Unification for Devoteam EMEA

In 2024 Devoteam migrated it's end-users from the Microsoft business unit, across Europe, towards one general Azure tenant. (M365 licenses, mail, OneDrive, Teams,...).

In 2025 we want to work on the following topics:

• As a next phase Devoteam would like to provide a central approach in providing training capabilities towards its engineers via predefined labs and demo environments that allows them to become familiar and contribute towards the central service catalogue of the Microsoft Business Unit (GitHub Enterprise).
• Now that our end-users are migrated, Group IT wants to optimize its operational processes for onboarding and off boarding users towards its services via automation (analyse and optimise SNOW catalogue).
• Each local entity stil uses its own Azure subscription (local resources, shadow IT), in  a next wave we also would like to migrate/centralize these subscriptions. Before we can start, we require and assessment of the current landscape.

During your stage, you will work closely together with the CTO of the Microsoft Business Unit to define and implement such automations, implement governance structure for lab and demo environments (GitHub) and perform assessment of Azure subscriptions and local needs across EMEA.

Learning Objectives

• Get familiar with the Microsoft cloud platform Azure
• Gain hands-on experience with IaC, Azure Functions and Power Automate, Identity and Access Management, Entra ID
• Learn best practices in project documentation, security, and accessibility standards
• Gain hands-on experience within an enterprise organization
• Learn to automate development via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions using IaC (Terraform)

You are/have:

• Master or Bachelor student in Computer Science, engineering, information technology or in a relevant technical area;
• Fluent in English, and Dutch and/or French;
• Available for a 12 weeks internship. Most of our internships take place during the academic year (starting period: February/March).
• Passionate about digital transformation;
• Team spirit.
