- Assist with the hiring process, including job posting, application screening and interview coordination
- Assist with all Human Resource Engagements, Initiatives and L&D planning and execution
- Ensure completeness of all hires’ information and documentation (e.g. employment forms and contact information etc)
- Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Undergoing Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline
- Enthusiastic about learning and working in a team
- Attention to detail and organized person
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking
- Ability to perform and deliver well whilst working under tight deadlines.
