In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assist to pickup inbound calls
- Assist to handle complaint calls
- Perform appointment calls to confirm service appointments
- Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning and issue necessary tickets, etc.
- Docket compilation, prepare service schedule
Duration: Depending on your university's requirement
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in business-related course)
- Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
