Your Responsibilities:
- Configuration of project management tools + applications used for product development (eg. Jira)
- Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Support project managers in operational project delivery through preparation of communication, surveys and trainings
- Support in definition, establishment and documentation of project management standards and tools
- Maintenance of benefit forecasts + KPI updates
- Setup and administer Sharepoint spaces and continuously maintain content
- Document functionality and features developed for future reference
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s (ongoing or completed) in Business, Computer Science or related
- Passionate about project management
- Basic understanding of agile software development and Scrum
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills and a true team player
- Fluent in English and German
- Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.645,68 gross per month (x 14).
