Position Summary
The PMA Boston team consists of more than 60 professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service in owner’s project management, project controls, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance across a variety of industries. With a newly renovated office located just south of Boston in Braintree, PMA Boston works with clients across the New England area and beyond.
PMA Boston was recognized in 2018 by Boston Business Journal as a Best Place to Work. This office has also been the recipient of numerous awards for projects managed over the years, including 15 from the Construction Management Association of America New England, 5 from ENR New England, and 3 from the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts.
PMA, an ENR top 40 CM consulting firm, may have upcoming internships/co-ops and entry-level engineering positions in our offices. When an opening becomes available, we will match those in our applicant pool with available opportunities.

- Candidates that are local to the Boston, MA area are strongly preferred.
- Experience and knowledge typically acquired by studies in engineering, construction management, or related disciplines is required.
- Self-confidence, a proactive nature, and the ability to work independently and as an effective team player who can harmoniously work with all project participants are required.
- A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to the office and/or client site is required.
Additional Requirements
Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
