As an International Tax Manager focusing on the region of the Americas, you will report directly to the Americas and Key Accounts Senior Tax Manager. Your position will be based in Barcelona, Spain. You will also be required to meet some working hours covering the Eastern US time zone. You will be part of the Finance Team (approximately 130 professionals) and work closely with the Legal, Commercial and Product teams based in Thailand and worldwide.
You will support the Americas Tax Advisory Team in all direct and indirect tax advisory matters in said region for the organization, and in connection with our transactions with the main hotel partners, to ensure efficient and compliant tax outcomes for the Agoda Group of Companies.
This role involves interaction with our international offices (i.e. teams in the Agoda’s offices in Europe and North America), our US parent company Booking Holdings and sister brands, business managers, functional teams and other finance and legal colleagues. Due to the rapid growth of the organization, the tasks and duties of this role may also evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur.
